Five Little Cays House is a Non-Smoking Villa and accommodates up to eight adults in luxury. The villa's Master Bedroom has a King-size bed, while Bedrooms #2, #3 and #4 offer spacious Queen-size beds. While Five Little Cays House does not discourage guests with children, its present accommodations are meant to be enjoyed by conscientious adults. Should guests with young children require a crib, please notify the Five Little Cays House management company upon requesting reservations.

A passport and valid onward or return plane ticket are typically required for entry by all visitors (although travelers from North America can still sometimes get by with a birth certificate and government photo ID; however, FLCH recommends all guests bring a passport along just in case). Note: The aforementioned North American exception will become invalid once the "Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative" goes into effect on December 31, 2006, after which time a valid passport will be required by all travelers entering Turks & Caicos. Currently, visitors from Eastern Bloc countries must present a tourist visa in addition to a passport at TCI Immigration.

2010 Rates

Prices per week during high season (January 5/08 to May 2/08) are $5800 for a 2 bedroom rental and $7150 for a 4 bedroom rental. Prices per week for low season (May 3/08 to December 12/08) are $5150 for a 2 bedroom rental and $6200 for a 4 bedroom rental. Maximum occupancy of 8 people.

The Christmas holiday rate is $9550.00 per week. Minimum 2 week booking.

All rental accommodation is subject to a 10% government accommodation tax.

Note: There will be a 10% government accommodation tax added to all rentals at Five Little Cays House. This tax is mandatory, and will be remitted to the TCI government at no benefit to Five Little Cays House. On June 1, 2004, the Turks & Caicos government imposed the above-mentioned 10% private villa rental accommodation tax, which affects every villa rental in the TCI. This tax is identical to the 10% tax imposed by all TCI resorts and hotels (although, Five Little Cays House, we do not charge the additional 10% service charge imposed at all resorts and hotels). Five Little Cays House benefits in no way from the collection of this tax.

Temperatures on Turks & Caicos are mild except during the hottest low-season summer months (August-September). For your utmost comfort, Five Little Cays House provides a 120,000-BTU, individually zoned central air-conditioning system, which allows guests to monitor their own temperature levels throughout the villa. Each booking receives a $150 credit towards air conditioning. The air conditioning in the villa is metered separately from the rest of the power in the house. The meter is in the house and available to the guests at all times to view. Credit towards air conditioning are commonplace on the Turks and Caicos Islands and are a way to ensure that air conditioning is used reasonably and appropriately i.e. that windows and doors are closed when running the air conditioning.

Five Little Cays House is a Non-Smoking villa. Please kindly observe this restriction for the comfort of those who rent the villa after you.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival. Prices and dates quoted in writing are guaranteed. If you cancel in writing more than 90 days prior to your arrival (major holidays excepted), we will refund your money less a $1,000 administration charge and any credit card costs we have incurred. We are unable to offer cash refunds during the 90-day period, or once all the funds have been received. Please buy travel insurance; no refunds are given for interrupted stays at Five Little Cays House, or stays that are missed entirely. No refunds are permitted for bookings during the major holiday seasons. Five Little Cays House's full rental policy will be sent to you upon request.
